Mission & Vision

Our mission is to educate individuals who are guided by universal ethical values, who adopt democracy and human rights as a principle, who can follow and apply scientific knowledge and technological developments, who can analyze the dynamics of the media sector and culture industry on a national and global scale, who think critically and develop their creativity in the media and communications sector. At the same time, to develop a civic awareness that centers on being sensitive to the society and caring for the public interest.

Our vision is to move our Faculty to a leading position in its field by contributing to the production of scientific knowledge in the light of the universal principles of science, and in connection with this, to raise well-equipped individuals who can use communication technologies effectively and comprehend theoretical knowledge in the field of communication science.
